BinderCheck (bindercheck.com) is a free, unofficial tool for tracking trading card collections. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using BinderCheck
- BinderCheck is free. There are no paid features and nothing is locked behind payment.
- You may use it for your own collection. Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site or its servers, and don't use automated tools to copy its data.
- You can stop using BinderCheck at any time and delete your saved collection from My profile.
Your account and collection
- Signing in with Google is optional. It lets your collection sync between your devices.
- You are responsible for your Google account. Anyone signed in to it on a device can see and change your collection there.
- BinderCheck may remove saved collections that are clearly abusive (for example, used to store unrelated data) or that have not been used for a very long time.
- How your data is handled is described on the privacy page.
Community
- You must be old enough to have a Google account in your country to sign in and join the community.
- Be kind. No harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams, sexual content or personal information about other people, in usernames, pictures, binder names or comments.
- Don't pretend to be someone else, a company or BinderCheck, and don't use the community to sell counterfeit cards.
- You can report profiles, binders and comments. BinderCheck may remove content and profiles that break these rules, without notice.
- Trades and sales you arrange with other people, including trade matches BinderCheck suggests, are between you and them. BinderCheck isn't part of them and isn't responsible for them. Meet in a safe public place, such as a game store.
- Shop profiles are made by the shops themselves and aren't checked by BinderCheck.
Sharing
- When you share a binder or list, anyone with the link can see it. Only share what you're happy to show.
- Don't use names or custom covers that are unlawful, hateful, explicit or that you have no right to use. BinderCheck may remove shared pages that break this rule, or that are reported by a rights holder.
Prices and card information
- Prices and set values are daily market estimates from TCGplayer and Cardmarket, provided through Scryfall and TCGCSV, and the price history is built from those estimates. They are for information only, may be out of date or wrong, and are not offers to buy or sell.
- Card data and pictures come from third parties and may contain mistakes. Always check before buying, selling or trading.
Unofficial fan site
BinderCheck is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, Konami, Bandai, Toei Animation, Sunrise, Riot Games, Disney or Ravensburger. Card names, pictures and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify cards. Magic content is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. If you are a rights holder and want something removed, write to feedback@bindercheck.com and it will be taken down promptly.
Links and affiliate programmes
Some links, such as "Search Amazon (paid link)" and "Buy on TCGplayer", may be affiliate links: BinderCheck may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Other sites have their own terms.
No warranty
BinderCheck is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time. Keep your own backup of important data (Excel export is built in). To the extent the law allows, BinderCheck is not liable for any loss arising from using the site, including lost collection data or decisions made based on prices shown.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
